Child and Adolescent Prostitution in Taiwan by Chen Yu-wen Modern East Asia Vol. 1, No. 2  (July 2002) Content In this paper, the authors analyze the law enforcement responses to child and adolescent prostitution in Taiwan. This is followed by a description of how the characteristics of young prostitutes changed due to protection laws. Social services offered by government and private institutions and their effect on the lives of prostitutes are also dealt with.
